WHĐ – Bất cứ ai cũng có những suy nghĩ hỗn loạn, gây nguy hiểm cho mối hiệp thông của người đó với Thiên Chúa, nhưng làm thế nào để loại bỏ những suy nghĩ đó ?

Ngoài các trường hợp mắc bệnh tâm thần, truyền thống Kitô giáo nhận thấy rằng các thần khí xấu, đôi khi, mang lấy hình hài của những suy nghĩ hỗn loạn hoặc thậm chí là phỉ báng Thiên Chúa để gây chia trí và cám dỗ chúng ta. Thông thường, chúng chỉ gây ra sự rối loạn thoáng qua bên trong tâm hồn. Nhưng nhiều khi những biểu hiện vô ý này lại là dấu hiệu của sự cám dỗ.

Những cám dỗ của thế gian thì rất nhiều, nhưng những cám dỗ bên trong con người thì cũng nhiều không kém. Như Thánh Giacôbê đã chia sẻ: “Mỗi người có bị cám dỗ, là do dục vọng của mình lôi cuốn và dùng mồi mà bắt” (Gc 1,14). Mặc dầu vậy, chúng ta không được loại trừ những cám dỗ của ma quỷ và thần khí xấu. Chúng nhiều lúc tương tự như một sự ẩn ý, hay như một suy nghĩ đeo bám trong tâm trí chúng ta, nhưng cũng có khi trở nên mạnh mẽ và lâu bền.

Xử lý những suy nghĩ xấu

Những tiếng nói kỳ lạ bên trong tâm trí cũng cần được xử lý như bất kỳ những sự chia trí nào khác: “đừng ở trong chúng quá lâu”; “đừng tạo không gian cho chúng”, nếu không, những tiếng nói ấy sẽ nhanh chóng lớn lên. Óc hài hước là “phương án phòng thủ” tốt nhất để chống lại những suy nghĩ này. Hay một vài lời khuyên lâu đời vẫn còn giá trị như: hít một hơi thật sâu; nhìn lên ảnh tượng của Chúa; đọc kinh Kính Mừng và làm dấu thánh giá. Một cách khác, đơn giản hơn, là chúng ta hãy quay về với những gì đã suy nghĩ trước đó, hoặc cầu nguyện, hoặc làm việc. Vì cám dỗ chính xác là những chia trí khiến chúng ta xao lãng khỏi phận vụ của mình.

Cẩn thận với những người sử dụng thuật chiêu hồn, thuật huyền bí và ngoại cảm

Mặc dù chúng ta vẫn luôn làm chủ được ý chí của mình, nhưng trong một số trường hợp, xuất hiện một thứ gì đó còn mạnh mẽ hơn sự cám dỗ. Có lẽ nó là một loại xung lực không được kiểm soát khiến chúng ta nảy sinh một ý nghĩ, thậm chí là một lời nói hoặc hành động. Đó là những gì bạn sẽ nghe được từ những người sử dụng thuật chiêu hồn, thuật huyền bí và ngoại cảm hay trong nhiều dạng thức của sự tập trung ý chí và, tất nhiên, trong tất cả các thực hành để tìm kiếm sức mạnh siêu nhiên đặc biệt. Điểm chung của những điều này là chúng đặt một người vào trong trạng thái mong chờ, thậm chí trong trạng thái bị tổn thương, sau đó chúng mở ra một cánh cổng cho người đó đến một vài thế giới vô danh, vô diện. Thông qua cánh cổng này, các thần dữ có thể thâm nhập vào linh hồn của kẻ trung gian hoặc linh hồn của người tội lỗi. Tất cả những thực hành này đều tuyên bố rằng mục đích chính của nó là để cứu độ bản thân người đó và nhân loại. Nhưng trong thực tế, chúng luôn gây ra những điểm chung đáng lo ngại, khiến người ta tưởng rằng khả năng cứu độ của họ phát triển là nhờ vào các năng lực nội tại, hoặc vào các năng lực mà họ có thể học tập và rèn luyện. Những kĩ thuật này đi ngược lại với niềm tin vào Chúa Giêsu – Đấng cứu độ và trung gian duy nhất của chúng ta. Ngay cả khi những thực hành này không mang một ý nghĩa rõ ràng như đã nói trên, thì chúng vẫn đồng nghĩa với việc xúc phạm Thiên Chúa và có thể nguy hại.

Một lần nữa, chúng ta không được sợ hãi vì Chúa Giêsu Phục Sinh chiến thắng mọi kẻ thù. Chúng ta hãy nắm lấy chiến thắng của Chúa Giêsu cách vô điều kiện và liên lỉ. Trước tiên, hãy nhận ra các cánh cổng mà những thủ đoạn của Satan có thể đi vào linh hồn chúng ta. Sau đó, phải cắt đứt tất cả các mối liên hệ với bất cứ điều gì hoặc bất cứ ai liên quan đến những thực hành tà ma nói trên. Nếu bạn có bất kỳ cuốn sách hoặc vật dụng nào liên quan đến chúng, bạn phải nghiêm khắc như Thánh Phaolô nói với tín hữu Êphêsô: Đốt cháy tất cả! (Cv 19:19). Kết quả là bạn sẽ cảm nhận được làn gió nhẹ mang theo thanh âm của chân lý và tự do đến từ Chúa Thánh Thần.
